If you google: how much does a cannabis plant drink in a day" this comes up :
According to research, a cannabis plant consumes around 22.7l (or 6 gallons) of water per day during the growing season, which takes place from June to October. On the other hand, indoor cannabis cultivation may require only 2.5-2.8 gallons of water per day per plant towards the end of the growing season.
WTF?
22 liter!! a day!!!?
Indoor 2.5 gallon? (=wich is 9.4 LITERS!

My plant is in flowering, its 8 weeks old, I have a 15liter bucket with soil i grow the plant in...

I Give my plants, 1.5liter every second to third day. which is ca. 0.4 gallons.. And i get alot of runoff, and i also drowned one of my plant with that..

So wtf is google talking about? It's more than 10 times what i give my plants, and theyre thriving!!! also one died because i gave it to much. 3 liter in 2 days...

Maximum soil saturation is 1/5 the pot volume. Type of pot, condition of soil, how much air movement, and rh can all factor in how often you have to water.

Ya 6 gallons per day per plant 7 to 10 RDWC systems at 20 gallons per system .
I am now working on 35 gallon RDWC systems to be able to make 7 days without reservoir change .
Right now I change the water every 5 days max if the plant doesn't use all the water .

Depends on the size of the plant! And the environment! You can’t believe everything you see, and hear now, can you? EXP! Axis! Bold as love!

I have 4 plants that are 6 to 7 ft tall in 5 gallon fabric pots outside I am adding 2 gallons every morning to each plant and they are doing awesome biggest plants I have ever grown.the weather has been pretty hot here in Maine 90's alot of the days. This is an older photo but they are taller and bushier now. They are happy with the pH perfect advanced nutrients line, cronk sticky bandit, and recharge. pH of 6.5 and the girls are happy.
