When do you guys water the whole pot? Do you guys wait till the plants a certain stage? Or do you guys water till a little run off from start to finish?

I grow in soil and aim to wet all of it. Then let it dry out .

Having the correct sized container helps water me
correctly.

Easier in fabric pots vs plastic pots I’m learning

I grow organic. 20gal pots. I water 4L every 2nd day. Completely flood the pot, let it absorb and flood again etc. I don't have run-off, maybe a couple drops. You don't want to be giving little amounts of water frequently, it's better to completely water each time and wait until the pot is light before watering again.

Fabric pots and bottom water. Let the soil soak up what it wants.
I also use drip lines to top water when I transplant cause the fabric pots leak out the sides if you try to water quicker than the soil can absorb.

I've found it easy to over/under water when using soil.

Depends on the system and media. In an amended soil like Happy Frog or Ocean Forest, I water slowly to runoff, only when the pots are very light. The frequency is driven by the relationship between pot size and plant size. In coco, I run Blumats that drip all the time to maintain a steady moisture level.

Thanks for the replies. The last 2 or so grows I switched up from watering the whole pot in early veg thinking it would help with Nitrogen Tox. You get from FFOF. I also have had smaller grows? Or maybe they're normally like this? This plant I'm growing now is this big at like day 30. It's Alaskan Thunderfuck Auto from Growerschoice seeds. It's suppose to be tall and high-yield - 500g - sm2.

Soil - Foxfarm Ocean
Watering - Every few days
Temp - low 80's
Humidity - 60's
Light - Vespertica 2500 - about 18 inches above at 75 percent
Pot - 3gallon

No plants have yet matched the bigness and the amount of bud that these 2 Northern Lights Auto. All my plants that I grow come from same breeder (Growerschoice Seeds)

In the early veg stage I like to water in a spiral pattern, I don't fully saturate the pot. The reason for this is so the roots seek out the water.
Once they're established and have a good root system, I saturate and water to run off.

I mix my Ocean Forest soil with Happy Frog soil.
2 parts Ocean Forest to 1 Part Happy Frog.
I put 4 cups Ocean Forest in my pot, then 2 cups Happy Frog and mix together. I then put the same amount in again and mix.
I then add 1.75 cups of perlite and mix in.
Repeat until pot is full.

I see you posted data sheets on how tall and how much yield you should get from the plants.
In order to achieve those numbers they advertise, your environment has to be stable. Lighting, ventilation, nutrients, temp, humidity, etc all has to be on point to achieve what they advertise.
Training the plants help achieve higher yields as well.
Autos should be in 5 gallon pots or bigger IMO.

Might consider changing your blurple light out for something full spectrum.

As a soil grower, I try to encourage deep root growth during the vegetation stage. That comes from letting the soil dry between waterings. The plant will use more water as it gets bigger, and that affects the amount of time between waterings.

Ya that was my older light that I had with my Northern Lights and those grew that big so idk. All same size pots and same soil from previous grows only difference is the grow tent and my newer light. I got the Vespectra 2500. I just planted another Alaskan Thunderfuck so wait to see how that turns out...seems like the only big plants are the Northern Lights. I might have to get more.
