Ditto! I got this really cool camera that came with a built in phoneI see lots of human or dog hair stuck to the buds. But no amber tricombes
Depending on what you like. From what I can see, most are milky, some clear stupl and no amber. I flush when they are like 95% milky so by the time it's done there are just a few amber. Most people wait till they are amber.
Tip: use your phone camera, lots of light, even turn the flash on. Take a picture close up of your bud, not zoomed in, just get the camera as close as it will focus and take a picture. Then view the picture and zoom in like you do with porn
Seriously though, that's all I use.
yeah my dogs like to stay around her xD, there is some amber if i check with my camera.I see lots of human or dog hair stuck to the buds. But no amber tricombes

sow you recomand to flush it now or should i w8?
Thanks mate, last question how much time you recomand to flush ?If it was me I would flush it.
If you like a wakeful high, you want mostly frosty very little amber. Like it is now.
But if you like a heavier, downer high you want more amber, watch it for a week or two and when it's about half amber, start flushing.
Looking nice so far! I think harvest timing is all preference. If you want that heavy high feeling, wait for the amber tips to come through. If you like something lighter, once the tips are all milky, take her down.Hey guys this is my second time growing and i'm not sure when to harvest now or should i w8 coupke more days/weeks.
i didnt find any x20/30 glass so i cant check the trichoms.
if anyone have answer that will be great
Alright so where you recomand to check to trichomes, and how much time i need to w8 ? and should i keep feeding her in this period time or just water for now?.Imo most everyone now of days takes them too early or checks trichomes from the wrong part of the plant.
Most experienced growers do not even use a loop because they can look at the bud and know. Even at that there is no point in looking at trichomes until the plant is mature. This plant shown is not mature yet. New pistil growth indicates the buds are still maturing and swelling.
Most are scared that the plant will get over ripe and that is hard to achieve actually.
It you dont believe me ...take some now off the plant and leave the rest til it's actually done. Cure both properly and do a side by side smoke test.
Trichomes should be checked from the calyx itself not the sugar leaves like so many new growers do. Sugar leaves mature much sooner then the actual calyx itself.Alright so where you recomand to check to trichomes, and how much time i need to w8 ? and should i keep feeding her in this period time or just water for now?.

Buds actually can gain up to 25% of their total weight in the last 2 weeks of flower.
I would say 2 weeks left.
As far as feeding and flushing and all that .... it's up to you and what you believe. I think flushing is an absolute myth personally but to each their own.
I feed til the end.... but that is just me. (And no I really cant tell the difference between flushed buds from my buddies and mine)
No reason to even do that tho if the bud is still growing and pushing fresh white pistils. The only time this doesnt apply is to sativas.I prefer to take a general consensus of tricombes. I'll look at 4 or 5 different parts of the plant. That why I said " the majority of the tricombs". I'm talking about the plant average.

The whole checking trichomes is just a mute point anymore anyways. Have read several studies now saying thc is peak when trichomes are clear. So around week 4 through 6 is the best time to take them? That is total b.s.
Put the scissors down and dont take the plant until it is ripe.... (and ripeness should be based on more then just trichomes that are constantly being made and dying) this is why many of us use the "by the look of it method" when it swells and pistils have died and receded. If you look at the trichomes at that point ...boom you are in the window of perfect ripeness.
