How should I train this plant?

With CFL lights in a closet, I definitely feel as if I should do something to help with space + light penetration once the plant starts flowering. It was sprouted 2/28/20. I definitely want to look into scrogging. Also, could anyone give me the average time I should make my plants stay in veg before flowering?

Hi, is that in its final pot? I don't scrog I tie down and top top top this is a sweet tooth from seedling March 1 Its been topped over 30 times and its 14" from the soil. I have another dozen tops to take in another few days when they get large enough for me to top again
