I dry it in the refrigerator, mostly! But have been known to set it out for a day! But it has to be some contaminated shit or totally abused to get moldy! I’ve made a lot of chunks in the last few years and only one has ever gotten moldy! But it was junk and actually molded up in the refrigerator like a piece of cheese! Lol!

yep me too, usually dry in fridge for 2-3 days than a day or two out of the fridge than press when ready

I dry mine near the wood stove, no mold. Took a few days. I’m still smokin it. Soooo sticky!

I had a buddy who didn’t let it dry long enough, looked awesome, smelled of mildew, like when you leave your clothes in the washer for an extra day…no visible mold, just that smell.

Probably wouldn’t stop me either! I think I scraped the mold off of that piece. I was talking about just like it was a piece of cheese and gave it to some lightweight who came by! Lol! It was just on the outside of it!
