How To Clean My Uc

i have no Physan 20 available.I want to know how to clean my UC a 6 xxl for the 1 st time

Bleach?
Pool puck?
pool algaecide? 40%?

I heard so many things and my grow shop are boderline stupid any help would be good

Bottle brush and pool shock is what I use personally. 1 gram of pool shock to gallon of water 30ml/gallon to clean an empty system, 3ml/gallon as a preventative, 6-7ml/gallon for a brief flush between res changes.

You speak in ML and then in grams is it liquid or not?

And wich one you are taking (here is a link to what i can have)

2-5ml a gallon of bleach and something like an old tee shirt or something that will not put tiny scratches on inside of buckets and wipe down. I fill it only about 2in above 3 in pipe. Drain, fill halfway, wipe again with a clean rag, drain, fill and bang...

One gram of pool shock [powder 47.6% calcium hypochlorite ] dissolved into a gallon of what and use that solution at the given ml rates.
