So basically my question is, does anyone have a good solution for running 10 inch exhaust to the exterior of your home? I highly highly prefer to run my exhaust from my 10x12 grow room straight outside my home but im not sure how to approach this one. I definitely don't want to blast a 10inch hole into the exterior wall. Im thinking maybe I will build a fixture to replace a basement window and run the exhaust through that....Anyone done something like this or have other ideas?

Or a different duct vent that meets your design choice.
Can paint it to match you house or trim.

Got pics? Sounds potentially interesting but doesn't really help with my question. I like the creativity for sure.

Foam insulation board, wood, ect into a window opening (running vert assuming basement windows) and 10in collar if you dont want to cut holes in your walls. Tape or seal it. I usually use a 90 degree through the foam for a light trap and for water.
