What size light are you running? You can always raise the light and turn the power up to get more heat. Best is a oil filled heater, dose not take humidity out of the air. I have them on a table. It also looks like some of the plants are experiencing some deficiencies. The leafs are yellowing a little bit. Could that be from being too cold?On top of what AdkBuds said, you could also use milk crates or something similar to raise the pots up .

I would try checking the light levels at your canopy(I use photone app) them raise the light as high as possible turn it all the way up and check the light levels. Then lower the hight until you reach you're previous veg light levels. That in combination with sleeping bag should help. A good inline fan with a controller really helps dial in your vpd for your given temperatureThey are in veg so I keep it at 50%
