Howdy everyone
This is my first solo run and I couldn’t be more jazzed! Had to share with some growmies.

Currently growing 5 GMO and 5 Sour Strawberry from seed. Had some issues come week 1-2 of veg with deficiencies, downy mildew, some newbie mistakes this being my first time using coco. Got the ladies back on track now and planning to flip on 07/20!

Thanks for tagging along and I look forward to sharing updates of the crop :)

Little update to the gals! Sent them into flower a week sooner than anticipated. It’s been a very long veg with a few mistakes that cost me plant growth but I reckon they’ll still yield great.

Welcome! I just found this site today. Can't wait to see the GMO final product. I almost bought those from Barney's before I found their LSD autos. Happy growing! ✌️

You have so much space there, I say get some more light and utilize it!
Everything looks so close together, maybe you're doing something that I'm not familiar with though.

Plants look lovely though, I'll be checking in for updates!

Thank you much! :) personally I’m excited for the sour strawberry and hoping for a more fruit pheno in the mix!

I look forward to sharing the progress!

Best believe that’s my next purchase haha. I was very fortunate to get most of my stuff for free or dirt cheap. I want to get a matching light but the spydr 2i’s are about $600, very soon though

Personally i just fell in love with that extra space to move around in. Im already envisioning a couple 2x4 frames wrapped in mylar that corner off 2/3 of a giant tent, with an "airlock" so to speak for yourself to enter the space. Im a weirdo though

I’m a fan of the extra space also. Being about to walk around all sides of the plant majorly helps with checking for pests, deficiencies, etc;

Depending on the yield I may just keep it to a single light!

Thanks for the positive comments :)

Howdy growmies!

Just hit day 9 flower and things are cookin along just nicely! Getting some pistils popping from the calyx and the ladies seem happy :D

Getting more and more eager to see how these puppies develop

(Sour strawberry is closest to me in this pic, GMO the other side)

With a tent that size i would probably rig it up with several of those mammoth single light bars

Haha I would if I had the money. This being my first solo grow I don’t really have the cash flow yet to do many upgrades to the setup.

Next up is another light then co2 since I’m in a sealed basement

I would hold back on the co2 until you get significantly more experience under your belt. Just my opinion tho.

I do understand why you’d say that!
I actually have commercial experience before I became a home grower (thank you nepotism)

I have my own room of 220 plants, DWC, it’s mixed HPS and LED lighting, CO2 supplemented, pretty rad if I’m tooting my own horn. Only reason why I’m curious to do it at home!

I do still plan to wait a couple of runs to make sure I have everything else dialed before implementing at my home tho haha

Also included some pics of my last harvest!
I hope yall enjoy them as much as I do

Update on the GMO and Sour Strawberry!

Day 13, the ladies are off to the races and producing some large pea sized buds. Was thinking the GMO was going to remain short there for a minute but they’re very much living up to their fame for stretching.

Sour Strawberry isn’t far behind at all and it’s starting to stretch a bit as well, all plants looking happy and healthy :)

Thanks for checking in!

That pineapple upside down cake looks delicious.

Back with another update on the ladies!

Day 16 currently and two of my sour strawberry started to herm on me, thinking caused by underwatering as I recently installed a dripper system. Still getting it dialed in. Plucked the nanners and hoping they don’t keep herming, two days and no new sites so looking good!

Otherwise all of the plants are looking fantastic and even starting to smell great from a stem rub. Got a sour strawberry that smells like a sweet candy which is what I was hoping for, more than the sour diesel genetics popping through.

All of my GMO plants are looking fantastic and stretching as anticipated hahaha, loving the grow so far but now insanely eager to harvest come October 16ish.

Thanks for checking in!
