I actually have two questions. First is this veg stage yet? 12 days old two banana latte. And second, are they ready for nutrients yet?

I agree they're healthy. Just making sure I keep them that way.

Plant looks good.
With coco you usually feed with every watering as coco is inert.
Especially with using distilled water your going to be wanting some kind of cal-mag supplement, along with a low level of veg nutes.
I recommend reading up on some coco threads . Lots of good info on this site.
Good luck.

Everything thing I was told and read was, not to give seedlings nutrients until they get some true leaves.

I’m only on my third grow but I’m also a biology/horticulture student. My advice, switch from distilled to spring or rain water. They contain minerals that are beneficial for your plant and will help prevent certain deficiencies. Since you’re in coco I’d assume now Is a good time to start nutes as there isn’t any in the medium. (Maybe I’m wrong idk I’ve only ever grown in soil) if you’re going synthetic route I’d use 1/8-1/4 what the recommended dose is and work my doses up as the plants grow. Organic amendments are a lil different
