Ph is outta whack and possible some tripps sucking on the underside of your leaves. Grab a loupe or a scope check it out. Get your ph in line. Foliar feed also

Looks likt the start of calcium deficiency, a sprinkle of garden gypsum on the top of the soil might help.

If I add 1ML of cal-mag plus I don't have any of that bro

5ml per gallon of water is how much calmag I use

What the reason to foliar with ro water? What are you trying to accomplish?

5.5ph is low for soiless, unless in coco. 6.4 is perfect for soil.

Is it just that one leaf? Sometimes those bottom first leaves to pop can be touchy I wouldn't worry to much about it unless t is on more leaves I do believe your PH is low tho try raising it if rest of plant looks fine eve after uv adjusted your ph and nutrient intake and check for bugs as well then just pluck it off lol

It also looks as thosthe water u are using might be a lil hard do to some mineral deposits starting to coat the leaf or at least that's what it looks like
