I have tiny bugs need help

I found these today when looking at trichomes. The plant is healthy though. No signs of anything being eaten. I’m attaching a couple pics. Any help is appreciated. Any ideas if this is coming from soil. I’m having issues with gnats and Sephora. But this plant was unaffected. Or so I thought.

Is that a fungus gnat? If it is try some Sticky traps! Dry stuff out they like wet things.

Using a pic identifier I found for insects, its gnats. I already knew that I had those but these must be babies cause I can’t really see them with naked eye.

I think they are adults! That is their final stage! Not that it makes any difference really! They do all their morphing, grow up and fly away to go torment someone else!

Yes and I removed one plant with sephoria that gnats gave it.

I'd say fungus gnat. I'm kind of having a similar issue. I've found 2 fungus gnats so far stuck to trichomes. Dumb ass gnats.

Us outdoor growers are all smiling right now... cracking a big old grin so you can see all the bugs in our teeth.

I'd rather find a thousand gnats than 10 spider mites. Hang some pest strips, you'll pick off a good volume of them.

yes they are. I was gonna check if they were in the same spot today to see if their dead I forgot. Smoke too much lol. I’ll check later. At this stage, I’m just gonna leave it alone. The plant seems to be doing well so it’s probably killing any fungus. But I had to remove one plant because of this. What a pain. I’m convinced that they are coming from the miracle grow soil and the fact that I’m using self watering bases, which keeps the soil moist. So for the next grow, I’m just gonna have trays underneath fabric pots so I can top water and then fill the tray so it Waters from the bottom. I’m doing this with a couple other plants now and it’s working out well. Everything is dry come morning. It sucks because the plants really loved the self watering bases.

If you want to keep that setup, just throw a mosquito dunk into your watering can before you top off. That same bacteria kills gnats too. Should be as safe as BT or Spinosad to you and the plant.

In soil I always used this it kills there larvae instantly hydrogen peroxide solution can be used to effectively control fungus gnat infestations in plants. A diluted solution of hydrogen peroxide (1 part 3% hydrogen peroxide to 4 parts water) can be used to saturate the soil, killing fungus gnat larvae and eggs without harming the plants. Additionally, a stronger dilution can be sprayed on adult gnats to kill them

If the peroxide works, you can’t get any cheaper than that! I haven’t had to mess with them!
