Friends and fellow cannabis enthusiasts,
I thought that I was WAY past posting "Is it ready" threads. I am not. Changing from indoor to outdoor growing has humbled me in most every way. I am NOT a good grower and I am lucky to be able to harvest any buds at all. I don't post much because it is embarrassing to post pics of my weird, weak plants compared to most others on here. I am pushing past my humiliation as I ask for your help.

Barney's Farm Sour Diesel photoperiod. She popped her head above ground on May 18th, so today is her 94th day above ground. I didn't document when flowering began (I know-stupid), so all I have to go on is total days above ground. I was expecting her go another few weeks, but I think she may be done-in fact, I may have let her go too long. Please, look at these pics and tell me what you see. I don't mind getting flamed and ridiculed if you will help me.

Thank you!

AG

Most of those heads on the glands are still clear. I chop when I have 60% cloudy / 20% amber.. Though everyone has there own preference. My Pops waited till 60% amber, because he only burned bubble hash. I personally would wait for a bit you will be more happy with the taste and high. Juss my thoughts! Looking good though!!

This is DJ Short Blueberry I took all the way till 60% amber, by time cure was done it was all amber. Just to give you an idea on when you want to chop. That's why I stick to 60% cloudy

Are you in the Southern Hemisphere? Seems awfully mature 2 months out from the Solstice. That might be an autoflower, not that it matters much at this point.

Harvest - It's like fruit and the goal is to pick it when the most amount of the plant is ripe without becoming overripe. The goal I'm shooting for and why I'm looking every day when it's close is I'm watching the rate at which clear is turning cloudy as well as cloudy to amber and when I'm losing to amber faster than I'm gaining from clear, it's done. With no new hairs popping up, I'd say you are somewhere smack dab in the middle of the 2 week window to harvest for watching those ripening trends.

thing that jumps out to me is how unswollen those bracts are for how dark the pistils. sprayed with citric acid perhaps?

i would give it more time. needs to swell, get that cola-droop, and take on that finished glow. trichomes seem to agree.

awesome picture quality. check back in two weeks?

From the original post:

"Barney's Farm Sour Diesel photoperiod."

I'm scratching my head how a photo went into flower right at the Solstice though.

I'm in SE USA-zone 7B. It was sold to me as a photoperiod but I have a Green Crack sold to me as an auto that is actually a photo.

Agreed, the bracts aren't swollen. The pistils threw me off-they've gotten really brown but the flowers just aren't puffy and the lower flowers are small.
