my plants are getting yellowish and are curling, idk if i gave them too much water or i gave them too much sun, its my first time ever growing a plant that i care about, the photos taken inside are form today (day 8) and the photo taken outside are from yesterday...

Well they are pretty weak at this stage. You do need to be protective about wind and sun being this young. They could need some support as they dig down with roots being shallow right now. Easy to uproot when watering too deep. I'd give them some support with a kaboob stick cause bamboo is to big for them right now. Water on the outside of the main stem from the tip of the leaf around in a circle be gental with the pour.

2 things for next time
Try not to fill pot all the way as sometimes it will be necessary to backfill the tops if a plant gets stretchy and the stem gets too long.
Light is your only tool to steer the plant at this point. A lot of folks start low and do not get light energy up quick enough. This can result in a long plant that may even be unable to support the next level of growth.
Experience with plants will help watching for light movement and a light reader can help also.

They look ok. They're doing all their work underground for the first week or two, not much to do besides give them the basics and stay out of the way.

It's impossible to tell from where we sit about watering, you have to feel the weight of the pot to tell. That being said, if the top few inches dries out too fast in the sun, wind etc, the tap root might not be deep enough yet to reach the water in the lower part of the container. So it might feel heavy enough to skip watering but still need some up top. This is the one stage of growth where I actually use the finger in the soil test.

From the pics it looks a bit dry. Your root is only as deep as the plant is tall right now but I can't stick my finger in it to tell lol. Your soil does look well built and airy though, so you can likely get away with less dry back and more even moisture while the roots get established.

What @Galgrows said about watering in a ring away from the stem is also very important. It encourages the roots to spread out and fill the container quicker.

how can i give them support, do i just place like 4 of them on the sides? or one with a loose twist tie?

Trying to gantry a support on such a small plant is hazardous.
Do you have another pot?
Your coly is just under the next set of leafs. The plant has spent its life looking for light. Options are limited. My guess is not much root growth
Options

Get another pot. Fill it within 1.5 inches of the top. Unbury seedling and see how deep the root goes. Bury the root and the stem withing 1/2 inch of the coly leaf ( first round leafs )
Get appropriate light on the fellow.

Mount a cross on the pot with wood and build a fixture you can attach things to that will act as a support but does not go into the soil and does not touch the plant unless it wobbles or tries to fall over.

Most dangerous part of the repot is the double wammy of root disruption and a large change in humidity in the pot unless you nail it for initial watering

Worst part of support is that you have not really dealt with the issue and it will not suddenly keep growing a thick stem. If you turn up the light power it may start growing leafs big enough to pull it over.

the real reason the plant is so tall, is bc the first day there wasnt enough light, she stopped growing since then, do i repot her anyway?
