Im pretty sure these plants are healthy but some different colors have been popping up like purple and yellow dots on some of the leaves the pic in this post is my OG which is turning yellow barley and has a purple trunk

This one is for the BC GOD BUD it has about 10 little yellow spots/dots and lower leaves are turning whiteish/brown please help!!

Are you sure the water doesn't splatter on the leaves when you water? Maybe those spots are burn marks.

What are your temperatures?

Doesn't look to bad. Watch your soil temperature and ph. Looks like you started in a larger container so it takes longer for the soil to dry out in a large container compared to starting in a cup. Your roots may be suffocating possibly from overwater. Just my opinion.

My temperature is 60-70 degrees and yes sometimes the water does splatter on my leaves also I spray my leaves with water mixed with a squirt of hydrogen peroxide

Raise your temps a few degrees.

What's the benefit in using H2O2 and molasses together? You use molases to feed microorganisms in your soil then you use peroxide to kill them?

Yep,
whats the light height and the type
the spots are hot spots and the the size of the pot is a bit to big this early on in the seedlings life It is a better Idea IMO to keep the Seedlings in Smaller sized containers to control the water, and water should be all that they are getting
This works for me, Just watch the over damp soil OUTSIDE the root zone or it will become anaerobic Dont Folliar spray while lights are on..

So I just went to look at your other posts and I am very reluctant to add anything to the seedlings the 1st 2 or 3 weeks
May be the 3rd a root stimulator But never add nutes the seeds have all they need for life the first few weeks
all in all not bad
I understand Fox farm is a HOT mix for youngins so that may be adding to your issues stay with it
and if your ladies are under 400w MH right now get the light OFF THEM some and let them recover Thats just MY opinion
There is a lot of great growers here who can chime in with great addvice I am just a guy with a few grows...
I do hear about the use of Ocean forest IMO a 50/50 or even a 40/60 without amended Soil...

One more thing. You're using biobizz nute line. These nutes are made of sugar beet extract. So using molasses tugether with theese might be heavy on your soil. Don't quote on that as this is just me thinking out loud. Here's a description:

I put the hydrogen/water only on the leafs so when I spray it on the leafs it doesnt create a mold and I need to start spraying when lights are off and I have my lights 18/6.

Temps should be closer to 75f day and 70f night for seedlings.imo stop spraying them with anything.and no more molasses or nutes with that soil.those two bottom leaves will die and fall off (cotyldon leaves) not sure on that spelling lol.400w lamp should be 24 inches away,i would use 36inch or better yet put some t5 right above them and save the 400 and extra power for your bloom cycle.gl and try not to love them to death :)

They are still yellowing idk whats wrong last thing that you guys suggested and I didnt try is lowering it I had it at 24 inches from the light now im going to put it to 30-36 and I have a HPS for bloom so why would I get t5's I thought mh were better?

Okay I definitely will post a pic when im home and I did let it dry out and then watered it now I been watering like every 2 days and how could I bump my temp in my tent I dont know how I could do that it stays above 60 its usually 65

are you air cooling the light? if so you just need a fan speed control to slow down the fan and dial in your temps.you can also just use a timer to turn fan on and off or a cheap ductstat from home depot.but yeah 60-65 is kinda cold for pot.might be as simple as closing one of the air vents on the tent idk your setup.
