So, as a rule I try to keep the roots as undisturbed as possible when up-potting, but that’s only possible with growing bags. With that bucket, do you have drainage out of the bottom?, which you’ll need.
Let us know if they’ve changed or perked up in the hours since your original post. FYI...For particulars, shots in natural light (white) or flash best show all details of the plant and colors present/absent.

Probably just transplant shock check on them tomorrow if not better could be something else like environment or over watering if using coco might be under watering fk ns good luck
