I have 2 plant witch the leafs are a dark green and the bud sites are very small and not normal looking there suppost to be cut down in about 2-3 week but bud site are very small

Are these said plants growing in soil(what kind) or by aquaculture...
in pots(plastic or fabric)... indoors, outdoors...

And how do you know they're due to be cut down soon?

I'm growin in dirt under a 1000 watt and 600 watt in the same room I have about 28 plants and 2 of them don't like good ill post a pic they have been in flower for just about 2 months so that how I know they will be cut soon they get water and flower food 2x a week I'm frowning with sour diesel and blue dream are my stains and the 2 that don't look good are blue dream I believe

where are the sick plants in relation to the light?
Do you PH?
what kind of soil?
what are you feeding, and how much?
Is your grow space light tight?
what kind of, and how big are the pots?
what is different about the sick plants vs the healthy ones? Location in room, different size pots, different strain, different soil?
You say the sick plants are blue dream, do you have any other blue dream, if so, are they healthy and doing well?

Growing from clones plants are about 3 feet tall water ph is 6.0 plants are in a 3 gallon plant pots I get my soil from a hydro store the temp of the room is about 70 when light is on and about 60 off the room is 15x7 no bugs at all all the leaf are fine on all plants all other plants are looking great I just have these 2 bad ones it won't let me post a pic but the leafs are shiny and dark green and the bud site have no orange hairs or filled up in size
