i think i have root rot? or sumthing please help

hey they came up on the 26 of june..I started under cfls then I put under 400 mh for a few days,,and while doing that I put then in a 70 liter tub,,, oh by the way im in dwc. but they were in 5 gallon buckets and after I moved em and all of that they look really look SAD,,,,droopy turnin lil yellow and some leaves are lookin like they r rustin? but last night I put em back under cfls and put 3m in 3 gallon buckets hoping they will come back,.. and im using gen hydro and I put,,, fm-2tsp and fb-2 1\2 tsp and 3 1\2 tsp of fv is that too much not enu or what and my roots are ether staind from that micro or rooted,, oh ya my ppm is is b4 nut ans around 530 on two and 450 on the other two,,, so I know this is sscrambled up but im new to this dwc {first time} ooh yea sorry for sooo whatever, but how far should I need to be away from bottom of net cups.......???/THANX for takin ur time to check this out and if u could HELP me please so what can I do or should do

Something I didnt see mentioned is air/water temps and PH. clarification of your PPM readings would help too.

ok my bad it does sound pretty darn crazy. let me try a little better {ok I am all new to dwc} 1 I have been readin my ph wrong"the colors" but apparently I been usin a ph of 8........? DAMN way off, huh, and I been studying that lemon juice brings down and so I did. I have it with in 5.0 6.0> sittin fresh ten gallons.., im usin "gen hydro" nutes and ph tester.. and water turns a darkish tint after all 3 parts are mixed and im hopin that the nuts. but that my wishful thinking.. but im goin to post a pic later today too see whats up.. and air temp is around 78-80 and what the ppm that shes in now is {bucket 1 569 bucket 2 470 the bucket are 3gallon im going to go to 5 gallons and I hope to leave em in 5 gallon buckets.. but talkin about my old ph of 8 that there in now,, i have that 10 gallons ready and the ppm of that "fresh ph5.0--6.0" is 92? that's weird but be4 I had a reading at 114--115 without lemon juice,,? whats the deal with that???? is that good or bad?? but I was thinkin when I go from bucket to bucket,, should I tri to lighty tuck some of the root back in net??? and I been trin to see how much water do I need right now for how much roots but no luck really,, iwas needin some info onn that to but here are the pics and please tri to help us THANK YOU and my bad one first post and maybe this one? hahaha na but THANX THO oh and if any other info is need just post and ill tri to get it for ya

What about water temp? High water temps cant be a cause of root rot.

You need a good quality digital PH meter to do anything pure hydro. The difference between 5.5-6.0 is a big deal, I cant think about what a 5.0-6.0 range might do.

You need to answer the questions on the "read me first" sticky. It will help the dwc guys fix your shit up.
