Im looking for a little help!

Hi, im new here, also im growing my first time, i havent used any nutrients, i use a HID Lamp 250W Osram. im giving they're feeding only with water. I have some problems with the plant, i need figuring out what are the problems and what can i do.
Some leaves are canoeing or tacoing a little and they fold to 2 sides like hair pins on woman. Lower leaves are kinda droopy down and i think that is because of light (doesn't really have, (dark)). And there is possibly Nitrogen Toxicity

By the way, the first picture. I dont know why is she bent like that, it was a 30 minute pass after the lights out and when the lights were on, the plant was straight.
