so if they knock and talk best to cooperate?I've had extended plant counts hold up just fine in the field but if you find yourself in court none of it matters at all..they pretty much won't even here that you are a medical patient at all. And if ou really want to increase your chances of going to court and getting a charge start with that warrant shit with the officer in the field.
Ya it does I know a couple guys first hand that went through the process. This was a few years ago when they would take the whole grow down. Anyways after it was all said and done my friends went to the evidence room to pick up there belongs. Yes they should not even be bothering you unless they have a warrant. Always be polite and respectful. I DO. the captain, i saw on his name tag, Automatically says " WE ARE NOT HERE FOR THE WEED, AND YES WE CAN SMELL IT. ARE YOUR NEIGHBORS HOME."
and i began to say "i have a red card. and so does my wife. we have our paperwork in order. and she has epilepsy." to which He replied " we not here for the weed .. ITS LEGAL NOW.. ARE ur neighbors home?." i look at the cars out there and i said " looks like one of their cars is gone. for both sets of neighbors."
LONG STORY SHORT
neighbor across street said she saw a GUN and HEARD GUNSHOTS from our complex!?
- there were never any GUNSHOTS.= other neighbor kids playing with snap pops by her window.
- and THE GUN (she said she saw)= was a cell phone in neighbors hand. when he left.
Cops locked down the whole block for a false alarm.
Just goes show that all they really care about is GUN VIOLENCE.
I was cooperative and they still didnt want to come in.. Or even ask to check my grow.

so i can have as many cloners loaded up as i want right. in a legal mmc or rmc. but not at my house..
plant count law is a funny one. for home the grower.
