Nederland, besides considering home grows a nuisance, looks at it as a threat to their sales tax revenue and have fixes in the works that include enforcing rental home licensing and that will include "life/safety inspections" as well as building code enforcement. Gilpin County has a new limit for 6 or 12 per residence that will be a $1000 code violation from what I have heard.

Much better to cooperate IMO...

A 75 plant count is actually 37 in flower and 38 in veg when it gets down to it...the problem is that most people with a 75 count have 100+ plants in various stages..Always remember that your plant count is 50/50 veg and flower and clones count as veggers. Also remember that some cities have a max plant count no matter what your rec shows. Denver is 12 plants per residence, so it doesn't really matter if you have a rec for 75, your going to get an ordinance violation ticket and probably have to cull your count down the 12 allowed while the officers are there.

Thanks and respect ! Texas Kid , I am very interested to here opinions on this topic , i live in cali and I have herd
legalization of cannabis in 2016 ?
At this point from what little I know of Wa,Co I am really not sure how I feel about it :banghead: I have wanted cannabis legal for over 25 years from the bottom of my heart ! truth be told, money's great but freedom's better !
In NorCal right now things are fucking disgusting ! In
butte county :nailbiting: I soon may no longer be a med patient in CA. Because of all the madness.
FUCK THE police ! I am not suggesting violence . I just sure hope I am 6 feet under, before a pig steps in my house!
I belive Emelino Zapata , said I reather die on two feet than
my hands knees, and after years of blood sweat and tears
I couldn't agree more !
Cali politician's better get it right ! in my opinion Co,Wa
laws, are a great for them ! I think thier full of bullshit!!!...
(Sorry for my rant, I am just ripped on a new strain called slymer)o_O
