Indoor virgin, wish me luck

From here on out, I don’t worry about what the old growth looks like. If it’s even starting to yellow off it comes. As long as the new growth and bud sites look happy, I am happy!

That is Justin hawkins, from the band the darkness. Don’t really care for that band. But, he’s a killer front man, a real rockstar front man. He also has a killer podcast called “Justin hawkins rides again” he just has a great down to earth approach to music, and dude has quite the knowledge base too. He’s a cool dude.

I left the leaves for decomposition but it's so dry here they'll never break down and attract pests, right?

I prefer to get them out of the pot. I don’t know if a few dead leaves will hurt anything. I just throw them on the ground. But don’t be shy about removing the dead and yellowing leaves from the plant. A lot of that shit has outlived its usefulness and the plan is just going to dump it. Concentrate on the new growth and the bud sites. If they look happy, you should look happy! and they might need less water also. That’s a seat of the pants thing. Right on electro!

That sounds like very sensible advice, thanks. The brown is the super lemon dawg that dried out 1 1/2 months ago and lost all its fan leaves. It's been a constant struggle. She's a real trooper though. Best smelling girl on the roof, from my seeds last year.

That’s all you can do buddy! The house won’t build itself, but the plants pretty much grow them selves! Luckily! I just try and stay out of their way! You’re doing good buddy! Just don’t spread yourself too thin for too long!

Sorry about the brown ness of the dawg but I don't want to hide the ugly and pretend it doesn't exist. She's a strong, confident woman and she won't be dismissed. I have high hopes for her. She may just be special

You’re right! You can’t judge a book by its cover! Starting to get a little sticky up here. But it’s going to get a hell of a lot stickier in the next six weeks. Hopefully! sounds good on those pics! I’ve had some pretty ugly plants put out some pretty good smoke!
