I used a t-5 for veg and all growing clones 5 bulb full veg shoot I bet 8-10 away and I also do 24-7 on all the timeI'm not one of those people, but just out of curiosity, what does the manufacturer recommend? It is, at least, a starting point.

The white is the continuous rigid insulation adhered to the inside of the block. I need to fir out all the walls over the insulation to install electrical and plumbing.
