Infestation Warning and help needed to identify

This bug which I belive is an aphid has started to infest my plants. I noticed that the leaves have started to look washed out at the under part of the plants. I wo u ls not have noticed anything but I saw a small black dot move. I took the leaf and put it under the microscope and this is what I found. Help identify please. I treated with removing leaves and washing with water spray. 1 table spoon neem oil 2 top hand soap 1 qt water spray treatment

Top one looks kinda aphid like, not too knowledgeable on bugs but is there damage to the plants we can see?
