I def do not find that structure you have on that above pic beneficial at all;)
You basically now have skinny, weak branches that are way too close together and clusterfucked.
Space your nugs/branches out and give them a thick branch to get big nugs...this is a bouquet you have developed and imo you should clean that plant up so you don't have so many weak branches.
Also, reveg to increase yield is the last way I'd ever use to increase yield, refining your grow techniques and providing a great environment will do more than this time sucking, hormonal shifting practice...

I have not seen anything do better making massive branching in one spot like this! First pic i put my finger where the bud formed during flower and exploded into all them branches. 2nd pic you can see where other buds opened up into branch sites all over. As far as time overall, its exactly same as my veg would be on a normal run, 8 weeks veg, 8 weeks+ flower. First 2 weeks are clone time, then veg for 6 more before flower. If you remember the directions i gave say only flower till buds start forming, usually two weeks. Then it takes about the same amount to un-flower, leaves 4 weeks for veg after they recover. They are smaller bud sites but the amazing amount of sites may make up for it! I am gonna try to veg next set of testers for the 6 weeks like normal after clone to see if they dont produce even more, if not they just may over-grow my space lol.....

Yeah Cap says its best to take em for branching around 4 weeks I believe, Still trying to find that post.

Branching like that can be obtained with Good genetics, (Like a sativa, Im thinking hazes). Proper training can get really good branching, I take 10-15 clones a week off of my mothers and they take up a 6x6 inch space.

Im just saying that stressing your plant like this for multiple generations may also speed up genetic degradation when it comes down to cloning. I know its common belief on these forums that Genetic degradation does not happen, It doesnt often and only when you stress the mother.

What baba is saying is right on, Start learning about lst etc, It will create the same effects your looking for here.

When you veg the next set of testers make sure you do some sort of Topping and training on half of them, that is what most of us are saying. With proper training you could get similar or better results. I would also use the other half of your next set of testers to grow normal with no training or Topping as a control. That why you have 2 different styles of growing (the revegged plants and the Topped/Trained plants) plus the third set of plants growing normaly as a control so you have something to compare them too.

Its a tester to see if the theory is true, my patients plants are big and strong, all organic, usually untopped and bent over (sativa) or on the screens (indica). If you look the background buckets have liners in them for the correction of ph and flushing purposes, they have "normal plants" growing out for my main work. I have many 1000's of pics of buds and vegged monsters that are properly grown....I also think this project has a hidden benefit, hash plants need more surface area then bud, may be the way to get alotta hash out of a favorite strain....Could rush ripen when buds start to fall and just make em grow trichromes untill they drip or start to molt out....maybe will see if yield is better when whole plant is rendered into just hash as compared to a similar plant grown with normal structure....Also i should have show the top of the bush, its actually quite spaced out for the size if the colas starting, also note that the 1600 watts above is clearly penetrating the 6 - 8 inches of canopy it has. See size of whole plant compared to my finger, its not very large. Its a very slow vegging, long branching, pure sativa- (Peru rain-forest).
Mainly have her for breeding stock. Its a favorite flavor around here so always one under a light somewhere lol.....Its almost exactly the flavor of lemonhead candy. Very yummy but mean as far as power, almost paranoid after just a few puffs and its hard to stop smoking, haha its a trap

Here - Left is NL#12 re-vegged, right is exact strain vegged properly. Can clearly see they are close is size even tho one went thru flower and back.... Will be able to compare with actual weights and potency when harvested.....

If you managed that plant on the right it could have more or just as many braches as the mess on the left:)
But if this works for you, rock on!
That plant on the left is a perfect example of clusterfucking, imo
It will shade all the nugs below the tops...if your goal is to provide more hours of trimming, this is the method!

Pic shows about 30% of whole plant, in five gallons soil mix, 1600 watts hps, at 70 deg day and 60 deg night, i get almost five ounces dry, two foot tall plant total....i think is great yeild for so short....room has 8-10 plants at a time but under two week rotation, so some are smaller all the time...good spacing and light mover helps alot for yield lol

oh and these are two weeks into flower btw

these WILL NOT be trimmed LMAO
hash or trash, tester just to see if a friend was right

Let me get this right, that plant on the left in pic is only showing 30% of the plant? And was the 1600watts dedicated to just that plant or more plants? If that plant is 2 ft tall that is amazing, it looks like it would be atleast 3ft after nuggies form.
My point is that if that plant is only showing 1/3 of the total plant canopy and you only yield 5 oz from that many branches...:oops:
Do you notice the revegged flowers being less dense and leafier than the traditional method plant?

edit: I'll leave you to your experiment, maybe your results will differ from everyone else...
Gotta agree to disagree with this technique leading to any yield increase or plant vigor.:)

not sure on tester (left plant) yield just my normal from this strain, and my methods in my area....and i wanted to get a good shot of it compared to a regular plant so i pushed them together as best i could. But yes its crazy how dense in suck a low profile.....we will see after harvest if its worth the extra work lol

lol red stake is three foot tall and to bottom of 5 ga bucket!

1600 watts over 8 plants in 5x9 area on mover, also floro lights for some extra blue spectrum, maybe 2000 watts total lights mixed

Jaysin, I just kind of had an epiphany. Someone will have to confirm this but Robert C Clarke writes about how you should not plant seeds to early in the season, as the will flip to flower and re-veg. Developing "Growth Inhibitors" Which limit the buds with odd branching like seen here.

Could the crazy branching we see here be a Growth inhibitor?

Only one of many trials I'm running. I also am working with light times and temps to speed up harvest times but harvest fully ripe buds still....been running less daylight trials for a long time and the closer you copy mother nature the faster they seem to grow lol.....of course what I'm trying for is the limits of my strains as far as earliest harvest times without losing quality, and minimal weight losses. So far have one Haze done 4 weeks sooner then normal and same potency without too much weight loss (almost an ounce less per plant) but 4 weeks faster adds a few extra cycles every year so after a few more rotations i will have a year average to look at and see for sure if its worth the trade-off....
