Ya that's alot of plants for those lil lights. Dont get me wrong they will work fine but only for so long. Once your plants get big they will need more light. What are they in now soil wise?

I wouldnt use miracle grow either. Just me tho. Do you have access to a hydro store or maybe able to mix your own soil?

Yes air movement is a necessity. You should watch a shit ton of you tube videos and do research. If you end up disappointed you might not want to grow again. You will need more of those lights eventually. They are like 55watt bulbs so 110 watts total wont make big plants. And yessir flower lights are orange or red spectrum. Metal halide for veg cuz its blue. Hps for flower cuz red or orange is for flower. Sorry im super fuckin stoned lol

Youre gonna want that 1000 watt when flower time comes or youll be disappointed in yield and in doing so you will need to upgrade your air flow then... for now you got some time to just veg them and water them... no nutes... ph your water to 6.8 ish

I run hps through veg and flower. .. just have to physically train the plants... look up training techniques
