Hey all, i have a couple questions, debating whether or not i plan to keep growing or not. my location right now is always 85+ during the days.... on a day like today its 92 in my grow room. The question i wanna know is, can i get a good yield and a potent crop if it stays around this temp the rest of the summer except the night time.... But because i had a a couple plants that when i started they had light leaks, not enough water at times.... and mind you these last couple are from a previous grow im trying to see if they will turn out right... because several of them at the top show VERY thin budding, more or less just spaced out hairs and no BUD..... is this always gonna happen even to my new crop because of the heat? or is this because the plant hadnt fully developed because of the previous problems i had? I have an air conditioner in there but with the previous temps i cant afford to pay 500+ in my electric bill for an airconditioner, 1k light, 400w light, and 4 oscilating fans.... So i wanna know if i dont use the air conditioner and is stay somewhat around 90 degrees most of the time, can i get a GREAT potent crop if i keep them watered and what not? PLEASE ANSWER ME BACK QUICKLY!!!!

Why not grow at night? Your buds will less dense with those temps especially without co2. If it is worth it depends on you situation. What would it cost to finish what you have vs what it would cost to replace it.JK

I am playing with a new a/c config and my new girls are a little droopy and sad because of the heat as well. The economy mode lets it get a little high temperature wise.

Overall I have seen high night time temps are no good

Run your lights at night, upgrade your exhaust fan. Where I live I can basically air cool any amount of lights as long as my exhaust fan is big enough it can get a bit hot in july/august but I manage without ac. For larger grows you can use 16" max fans they pull 2435 cfms for 1.5 amps @ 240v that would do me for about 8kw all year long, wouldn't work farther south you would be spinning your wheels pulling in hot air.
