It's been a long time since I grew weed. Used to just throw a bell and let it grow. Now? Ffffuuuuuuu
I have a 3-1/2 month old datura poison plant that only has 2 sun leaves, it's about 9" tall but it's stopped growing After I transplanted it. I think it MIGHT be the autoflower but only 9" tall? I'd post a picture but it looks like a lil semi fuzzy stick with 2 leaves.
Light is 18 on, soil ph was POSSIBLY 8, had organic mix, didn't over water, was in the 70-72* temp range. Guy I met tells me it's done because it was an autoflower instead of a feminized.
I've also got white widow, blueberry kush and purple kush seeds. Suggestions?

I grow photos outside, but my understanding of autos is... don't fuck with them.

Germinate, plant in appropriate container, LST at very most, and feed/water. Anything that disrupts growing , like transplanting, topping, ect. basically anything that stresses them, stops them in their tracks.

I call um RONCO plants. Set um and forget um. Time is of the essence.

I grow autos.
There is a lot of info available on autos that is wrong, mostly repeated by people who do not grow autos.
You can not top them and get this.
Or you can top them and get much better production and it will not require 275 watts for the last 3 weeks of side lighting.

The difference is based on how you did with the launch. If I get an auto that hits 7 nodes it gets topped and wrasseled with LST.
I get one that laggs or perhaps I get gnants and the fix stalls them for a bit
Then you do not top and you get this

That last one is less than 12 inches from dirt and the main cola is tight as a new hacky sac and when dried will be 2 oz
85 day run for first 2, 3 more at 94 and 2 left in tent right now.

Daaaaaaaaaamn!!! THAT'S datura? WOW! I couldn't find the original order but I don't think these are the auto that I grew. Could the transfer to a bigger pot cause stress and freaked it out, stunting it's growth? I posted a pic for you all to look at. THANKS!

Your plant WAS going to be that sized but it looks like you had some problems along the way. You will need to identify where you went wrong and write up your grow plan and stick to it until it does not work.
And then make changes to your grow plan.
I am only on my 4th grow and the first one netted zero anything.
But yiu keep at it.

If you are going to grow autos and need some advice they already know.
We all knew you would show up.
So just hit that 3 row horizontal box up top and navigate to fourums.
Then go to catagories.
Then scroll to Grow Diaries. Hit that button.
Now once in grow diaries use the spyglass feature to search.

.
wait for it

.

Autoflowers.
It will now populate all posts with Autoflower.
To refine also tag your grow method, strain, nutrition source and it will come even closer to how yiu are wanting to run.
Good Luck

Thanks for the clarity on topping autos. A big help for me, should I ever try them.

My purchases of autos will be small amounts to try a strain before doing a large photo run of a strain I find I like.
I had those 20 autos due to a purchase for an outside run. Then a look at the rules for outside in ohio had you locking them up and not visible from off property.
So auto runs for 3 runs.

We have a similar municipal ordinance where I live. If they don't clearly define what "secured" means, you can probably do a 5 sided chain link dog kennel with a padlock. It would be covered at all points and would require burglary tools to gain entry if you padlock it.

Can I go ahead and just pull it? I mean, it's not going anywhere, right? What would happen if I did the 12/12 on/off lighting? Would that have any effect at this stage? Also, do you have a soil recommendation? I have 2 seedlings of purple thai that are about ready to transplant and I don't want them vapor lockin' up like the datura.

That is not Datura plant photo. Yank it out and smoke it or eat it. What went wrong is you don't know what your doing when it comes to growing MJ indoors. Interesting name by the way you use one?
