Is plant ready for its first feeding? *Beginner*

This is my first grow and I’m learning as I go..

Below is a video of my little plant as of today.. can anyone tell me if its ready for its first low dose feeding?
I will be using flora trio series, along with calmag.

I also am a little confused on the whole ppm levels throughout the feedings.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Na wait till it has grown another few inches. And go slow and low, mfg recommendations, cut into a quarter and feed at that low rate for at least a few feeds then work up the concentration

When possible I’d up pot (when they’re ready to fiber bags), much better for your grow.
