Is Pot size sufficient to flower

So, I’ve just finished a second top with these photoperiods, will do a bit more LST & would like to flip in about 2/3 weeks. My concern is the Pot size not being big enough for flower? It’s a 30cm pot & I would like to finish in this pot & not put them through transplant shock again. Would it be safe to go ahead & finish in these pots or will another transplant be mandatory?

You can keep it in that pot just know she will get thirsty during flower you might have to water often then but for sure you can

Given the plant size, you should be okay.

Like @Bigalmoby said, you’ll water more frequently but as long as you stay on top of it you shouldn’t have any problems.

I'm trying to figure out how much is a 30cm pot in USA conversion? Is it only 1gal. ? And you hopefully have large drain hole on the bottom? Those are pretty small and if you plan to flower i would not pinch off anymore and let them get stronger. How old are they?

Let the Plants Grow and have a good root-ball, a large root ball all the roots will stay in Tact, they'll literally slide right out, when your ready to Transplant wait till pots are on the dry-ish side (just before watering time) wont be any shock at all! (never transplant right after watering (heavy wet soil) and/or a "poorly formed root system/root ball".) Plastic is great for Transplanting out of...

Up-potting is Best Garden Practices, All seedling/young Plants starting out grow better in smaller amounts of soil forming a root ball quickly, its why many of us have 2 to 4 transplants before the final Pot! I go from Solo Cups to 1 or 2 gal (plastic) nursery pots then into 5 or 7 gal Fabric Pots.
inversely; If You start out in big pots seedlings/young plants will grow much slower. (not best practices)

I treat Auto Flowers (day-neutrals) the same way! they dont even know they've been moved.

My guess is a 30cm Pot should be equivalent to somewhere between a 3 gallon & a 5 gallon pot if I am not mistaken. Yes, the pots do have drainage holes. They are photoperiods, week 5 veg & yes they are pretty small in regards to height which is one off the reasons I would like to veg longer to get a bit of a stretch especially since the new lights are only on for about a week now.

Appreciate the advice. I did just 1 transplant with this grow & they definitely seem to be growing slower in the bigger pot, also my watering seemed harder to get 100% compared to just watering until saturated with the small pots. The pics are week 5 veg already. Will definitely take this into consideration on the next grow but think I am going to ride it out with these pots for this grow since quite a few other growers mentioned that they should make it harvest. I also have very limited space as I can only fit 2 of these sized pots per closet.
