Is she ready to harvest??!?

I’m at the end of week 8. Tomorrow will be week 9. And I’m just wondering if she looks about ready to you guys??? Some of her pistils are still white but her trichomes look milky. Here are some pictures. Please let me know if I should transition to start the harvest process?

Trichomes should start to turn amber half amber/half milky for best finish, the amber color is more of a couch high if that's what you're looking for.

not yet, that’s a more sativa, might go 10,11 weeks, get a jewellers loop!!!!
that kind of plant you want to just start to see a few amber trichomes for harvest..
