What can this be. Outdoor growing. Watering everday. Temp is currently 37 degrees.

Not really a pest guy. But I know that's a leaf miner. Hopefully someone can chime in on IPM for it.

You can spray with Neem or something with spinosad in it. But I wouldn't get bent out of shape about leaf miners. I've had them in outdoor grows and did nothing. Harvest was decent.

No need to spray for leaf miners. As mentioned it’s not a big deal. At the end of the trail (you’ll have to check both ends) you’ll see a very small bump. This is the live leaf miner that is burrowing between layers within the leaf. If you take a sharp Exacto knife (or similar blade) you can open up the tunnel and kill the miner. (It’s really small - just a small green blob of a bug.)

Remove then leaves with leaf miners. To prevent secondary infection. Those leaves love to get fungus after being eaten and popped on. Treat with pesticide and fungicide.
