Is the a micronute deficiency or burn?

So it doesn't wipe off like rust mold ..3rd week of flowering with autos...Joe's organics blend 3 gal pots ph is around 6.8...spots are like grains of sand and a bit bigger . Lower leafs more affected..Any thoughts?

Too much calmag and not enough feed in my hydro set up.
