Hey people,
So i have all this GHE nutrients left over rn from growing in coco for a while.
The ironhead formula always worked amazing for me but i want to go back to rockwool for a while. Does the ironhead formula work on rockwool too? I didnt really find anything about it.
What are yall giving your rockwool plants?

you can pretty much give it any soluble or liquid nutrition.

general hydroponics 3 part works well with rockwool. I would assume the duo line would also.
