Is this a nitrogen deficiency?

I really can't make up my mind. From the chart I have it looks like a few other things.
Growing in pro Max, Gaia Green GP and worm castings. Along with a little calmag.
pH is 6.5

There's also the remnants of a calmag deficiency that's pretty obvious

Deficiency show first in the center of lower leaves
Nutrient burns show first on the edges of leaves.
