Is this a pollen sack?

I’m 6 weeks into flower and I see these,are these pollen sacks they have pistils coming out of them

These are what pollen sacks (balls) look like... You won’t see just one of them, I don’t have a shot of nanners, but they’re yellow and appear in hermy buds, maybe someone else can provide a shot of some.
Any of the males I’ve had, didn’t show sex until at least a week into bloom...
