You're over watering and the roots aren't functioning. Quit watering for a few days.
It also looks like you're only watering around the seedling. You need to get the entire pot of soil wet. But not right now.

let her dry out for a few days, then a few drops of peroxide...drops..I said drops over a few days you nix that algae....only do 1/3 at a time..

Thank you so much! I'll read it now! I'm a bit obsessed with the seedlings, so I'm positive I am over watering. I check on it too much and give it water too oftenIt will be fine. It will die as quickly as it came. No damage.
