I don't see anything rotten on this bud, I see slow dying but nothing Rotten.

They're actually good looking :)

first one *might* be a touch of white mold, or not. Second one looks like you dropped in something.

They look smokable to me...

look for a linty type stuff inside the bud near the stems, usually buds that are molded will break apart really easily cause the mold kills/rots the stems. that being said you have most likly smoke mold/mildew more time than you want to know, i dont think its that bad for people with properly functioning immune system but dont quote me on that one lol
