I use cal-mag by general hydroponics. 1mL per liter. Grown in coco with perlite. pH of runoff is 5.8. pH of water with nutrients is 6.1/6.2. RH and Temps are good. Using Canna Coco A and B nutrients. The black spots seem to not be on the newest growth. It's still a pretty young plant.

Problem: With a cannabis zinc deficiency, younger leaves start yellowing in between the veins. Leaf tips get discolored and start dying. the leaves may take on a unique banded appearance and the plant may stop growing vertically. There may be much less space between new nodes, which can cause new leaves to start bunching together. If the plant is budding, its flowers may stop growing or even start dying if the problem isn’t corrected.
thats not ZINC...
I see early early stage magnesium and calcium deficiency.
Coco specific nutrients have extra calcium plus your adding cal-mag so it’s doubtful this is a lack of calcium.
Are you checking ec? You should know what your putting in vs coming out.
Calcium is takin up through transpiration so humidity and temperature are important as well.

And theres reports (confirmed or not) That running LEDS is causing plants to uptake cal-mag in faster amounts then previous HID lights, which looking around the past week alone I've seen constant magnesium issues in people running LEDS.. a cpl cal issues but mostly magnesium.
3ml per gallon is a pretty basic rate, I use more then that in my soil grow.. So if hes coco it should be alot higher im thinking..
That’s true, I’ve had to increase cal-mag while using leds. Does the canna coco give you an idea of how much extra calcium is in it?
I notice a lot of “deficiency issues” tend to be either early signs of over feeding young plants or a bad water schedule.
Lemmie tag @Aqua Man hes way more knowledgeable on coco and there nutes and usages I'm gonna take a step back on this one, But i still feel its a calcium issue for sure, how to go about correcting that tho is outta my league with coco
Here are some helpful charts on deficiencies... see what closely matches what u see , whole plant wise. This is primarily for soil but can identify issues in other media as well.
Aside from what others may have said, the lower leaf spotting and “rusty”, in my experience is a macro nutrients def, coco is a heavy cal feeder, that I can agree with, however ppl always forget that macro, trace minerals is also a factor that can be very easily overlooked in coco. So a coco specific macro feed would be key here.
