Is this fox tailing week 8 flower

Looks like it to me also, some strains are prone to it.

Bugger! I think they all started to tail! Will raise light and dim light output if maybe? How would anyone deal with foxtail? Wait till ripe or chop?

Outdoors here! Never had them! I think I would kind of wait and watch! And when you think the old bud they are growing out of Is ready then take it! But I always say wait! L O L! Think you will have to fly by the seat of your pants and trust your gut! Good luck! Someone else here can probably offer you better advice!

There are 2 types of foxtailing…..the bad kind, which can be a result of poor genetics, light intensity, and/or heat. When the bad kind occurs you’ll see one calyx stack right on top of another….imagine a string of pearls.
Fortunately, u don’t have this. Your bud’s foxtailing is 100% genetic and is actually a highly desired trait in some circles. I forget which country, but they call it King’s Crowning. It makes for some really chunky buds.
It can be a bit of a pain as the buds will sometimes continue to spit out white pistils despite being in a great harvest window.
Your grow looks great…..well done.

Awesome and thank you for the reassurance im not headed towards a disaster lol
