Thank you. Sorry for the quality. It's not a worm-like-creature, so i'm not sure that that is a caterpillar, it has legs and head and a long body. It's like it's body is made of wings but i don't think it can fly it just ran away when i tried to catch it

Generally if it’s an insect big enough to pick off by hand probably not good or bad. Cats always bad. I just shoo The other ones on their way. Don’t want them using my plants for a nursery! Carnivorous insects like praying mantises get treated like royalty. Also some spiders. Go out of my way to make them feel welcome.Feel a certain kinship towards them. LOL

It's hard to tell from that pic, but it looks a bit like a leaf hopper. I've never seen one that color, though, but there are a lot of different kinds.

Yes. That is a leaf hopper or, leaf miner. They feed by sucking the juices from leaves. Probably won’t do much damage on his own but, they could be a nuisance.

Variation of leaf hopper. They can be vectors for spreading diseases since the go from plant to plant chewing on different leaves all the time.
No good way to deter them that I've found outdoors.

Fwiw I use an app called "lens" to identify things using a photograph. Super handy.

I've found these on every weed plant I've grown outside. Never seen them otherwise
