I've only had it on my tomato plants and it looks similar, though can't say for sure under the LED lighting.

What did u do for it?

I've had the best results with potassium bicarbonate, but for the small amount on your plant, baking soda or milk diluted with water will take care of it. Add a few drops of dish soap as a surfactant and mist at lights out.

Even under the blurple it is wpm. Recommend liquid copper fungicide and increase the airflow

Recommend one level tablespoon baking soda per gallon of water spray every plant top and bottom as soon as possible, and get liquid copper fungicide asap; some people use wettable sulfur but I have never tried that good luck

Use Neem oil it’s a organic pesticide, fungicide
I had pmw and I used neem oil for about 7 days and it got rid of it

Neem oil is your best bet and it’s organic don’t have to worry about it harming your plants. And it’s At your local Home Depot for $10-$12

Should I remove infected leaves?

I had a serious powdery mildew problem at a time when I was growing over-lapping crops. The potassium bicarbonate slowed it down. I also used potassium silicate (with pH adjustment), which also just slowed it down. I did a lot of research on it, and experts say that certain strains of the mildew can infect certain strains of plants in such a way that the mildew is impossible to kill. This seems to be what happened to me. Finally, I got rid of the strain that had it the worst. Then it made a resurgence.

At my wits end, I finally tried sulfur. I know, who wants bud that tastes like sulfur? Not me! I was growing with HID at the time. I notice that my new Spider Farmer LED lights say " No S" on one of the warning labels. I assume that the vapors from heating the sulfur could get into the electronics and cause corrosion. In my configuration, the veg room exhausted into the flowering room. Both rooms were infected. What I did was to put an electric frying pan on some 12" ceramic tiles on the cement floor, and put the lid on askance, so the corners were open. I heated (drugstore) sulfur in it until it melted, and kept it just melted. Within 2 days, all new mildew stopped. Within a week it was receding, and within 2 weeks you'd barely know I ever had powdery mildew. And yes, the area did smell of sulfur. I kept the sulfur warm for a whole turnover after that to make sure. I never saw it again. Since the vapor travelled from an adjacent room to the veg room and THEN to the flowering room, the amount of sulfur on the plants was so little it was unnoticeable. I say this as a person that is VERY sensitive to sulfur.

I'm no expert, and I don't relate this story as an instruction to copy what I did. I'm just saying what worked for me, and invite any comments on it. I expect this method would be very unpopular with most weed growers. Saved my ass though.

Pot lady, You don't ever want to use neem oil on flowering plants it'll destroy the Buds, it'll tastes like shit and it's no good for anything except the hash bucket

It's white powdery mildew plus you have some thrips (bugs) going on too, that's what those little white dots are
