Is this mildew? Plz help

I noticed a brown spot nd white stuff growing on one of my leafs of my seedling so I cut the tip where the brown was off but the white is still there idk if I’m being paranoid anything helps!

Dab a little peroxide on with a q-tip, if it sizzles it was pm.

Seems fine. You can spray plants that young with safers 3 in 1. It's got Sulphur in it. Prevent fungus. OMRI approved. If you're really worried.
