Is this mold spores or not

Hello everyone, this is my first post and I'm new at growing.
I noticed these little yellow spots in between the leaves of a bud. Can you tell me if its mold or not, should I just toss the plant all together? There's also hardly any smell and very little trichomes. It does build up sticky residue when handled.

Its not very clear and cottonball mold is white but keep an eye on it, mold spreads quickly.

looks horrible so assuming its some kind of mold

hydrogen peroxide will burn it off. dab it with a q-tip.
