Day 70 the pistols seam misty aber, but I have know way of seeing if it is ready to hang, this is my first plant

My wife and I were just talking about using pistils to assess ripeness. She found something online somewhere that said harvesting is best when 70 to 90 percent of the pistils have turned amber in color. I'd say that's a good guesstimate. I usually don't start checking trichomes till about then. Nevertheless, a 15x jeweler's loupe is a worthwhile investment. Some like a more powerful one, I believe. Look at the trichomes on the buds, not the leaves. Another thing I look for is when there are no white pistils at the top of the colas.

I'm not good at interpreting pictures, but I'd say you have more than a week left.

Thank you for reply, none of the leaves are firing yet so am gonna just wait maybe get little fatter buds
