No. When all the white stigmas turn red and shriveled, start checking trichs. It's usually about a week or two after all stigmas are red. I would guess you have at least two weeks until that happens.

If you'd like I can share a plant in senescence
Here

Also I should point out that your choice of "buzz" will dictate when u pull. If you pull alil early, now for example you'd get an uppity racy buzz....the longer those go the more "heavy" the buzz will be from my two cents

It depends on how you like your weed.

Want a nice clear short BANG buzz that is mostly THC? Harvest now.

Want a nice long knock your socks off type couch lock, holy crap am I high, type buzz? Wait two weeks.

Someone told me a secret once that I live by so that I keep my hands off things. He said, "Buds put on the majority of their weight as they get denser in the last 2 weeks of flowering".

Flush out plant with cold tap water , will not hurt it and will help turn pistils and reduce foxtailing, chop in 10 days you want a bit of amber, in 5 days give it another dose of cold water and as I said chop in 10 days you will be much happier with results.
