One thing I found that you might ponder on when your burning that fresh flower; if the roots are in water continuously the water level needs to be constant.

Hey Capt.....I swear I was going to ask you how she was doing.....I'm sorry to hear about her.....so reveggin plants either work, or they don't....I've had luck on my side I believe.....thinking about it, I'm probably striking 70/30ish, win/loss with reveg.....

This time I fell the 🕳 of reveggin to save a potential keeper.....

I left more, and less, then I normally do....I've never documented a reveg......it was just fun to do.....the plants explode.....

This time I left fan leaves and took the buds, without damaging, haha, the fan leaves.....after the clearing of debris, I did a flush with veg nutes......18/6......in the veg area.....

1 of only 3 times you should flush your plants.......this is one of those times........we're not growing are we?

Hey jj.....thank you for this awesome tip I coulda used about a week ago....

That, my friend, is a fact that I had to learn.....either from reading or attempting....as much as I look through threads or sites or whatever pertaining to either Kratky or DWC, there is never an inch or two only of nutes....

Ok....so I'm not the brightest light out there......

There's so much I know about this hobby, yet there is so much more to learn......

Aquaman best explained it to me here at the Farm years ago.
Plants develop roots that can survive and flourish both in water or dirt, but not both. When you added back lots of water you actually suffocated/drowned them.
Just sharing what one the greats, I swear dude KNOWS hydro, taught me

I've followed Aquaman....definitely one of the many missed by me......lot of information gets lost when people quit posting or get booted.....

There are so many threads on here that I've yet discovered......

I ran into one of your old threads.....I'm not sure how, but navigating this site gets me to some great threads.....

Thank you jj, for the very useful information you passed along....I appreciate knowing we're in good hands!

Hydro Growers:

1. Are you growing from seed or clones?
I grow my mothers form seed and then i cultivate clones from them

2. How old are your plants?
My current mother is 6 months

3. How tall are your plants?
my mother topped out at 45 cm, cant grow any higher because its allready touching the lights.
my plants in veg grow to around 30 cm in hight at that time I top them and flip them to flowering and i keep scrog them so they dont get much higher then that.

4. What type of hydro system are you using?
I am running DWC for vegging and flowering and my mothers are organic in soil

5. What brand/type of nutrients are you using?
Biobizz for the mother
Hessie for the rest

6. What is the Ph of your nutrient solution?
5.5 when presoaking my rockwool cubs for the cutlings i take from the mother
5.8 when I plant them in their DWC bucket
I top feed the plants in the buckets and its pretty hard to get a clear reading on the solution in the buckets because of the bubbling of the water
7. What is the PPM/EC of your tap water?
0.55 EC

8. What is the PPM/EC of your nutrient solution?
No Idea i follow the recomended dose of the supplier

9. What is the temperature of your nutrient solution?
They all get water that is around 20 Celcius
my grow buckets nutrient sulition heats up to +-22-23 celcius for the plants in veg and +-21 celcius for flower

10. Does your PPM/EC show a rise or fall when you do your daily PPM check?
I dont check daily EC i just look at the plant and adjust accordingly

11. Does your pH show a rise or fall when you do your daily check?
My PH value rise to above 7.5 PH when the water is bubbling

12. Do you foliar feed or spray your plants with anything?
I only use clonex rooting spray on my fresh cuttlings and since i started doing that I have a 100% succes rate.
its pretty easy to make yourself its basicly willow extract you can just blend some fresh willow branches and soak it in water for a couple of weeks and shake it up every now and then. I just buy the clonex because I am lazy and it comes in a great spay bottle

13. What kind of lights do you use and how many watts combined? (HPS, MH, fluorescent, halogen, incandescent "plant lights")
i use 98 Watts of T5 fluorescent for my mother
100 watts of led for my veg
The mother and the vegging plants are in the same tent so they both get a little bit of light from one light and a lot of lit from the other light.
I run 250 watt HID for flower I do MH for the first 2 weeks and then 250 HPS and I use super lumen for the last 2 weeks of flower.
I am thinking about buying an LED fo summer grows of 150 watt.

14. How close are your lights to the plants?
i use the 10% of the wattage in cm for my HPS
The mother under the T5 grows right up to the light and it cause a little bit of dried out leaves but it does not cause any real dammage
The 100 watt led i am still figuring out what is optimal. I try to go of on the appearance of the plants.
I keep the led at max hight possible when i transplant them in their buckets and then gradually lower them until their leaves start to curl. then i put them up a bit higher again.,

15. What size is your grow space in square feet?
Sorry bro i dont do squqre feet.
my flower is 70x70 cm
my veg and mother tent is 90 x 60 cm

16. What is the temperature and humidity in your grow space?

for my veg and mother plants I dont measure the temperature. i dont control the climate most of the time the tent is open and i only close it when i want to work in the room where the tent is and the lights are off.
In my flowering tent humidity is around 38 percent. temp is around 27 celcius when the lights are on and 21 celcius when the ligts are off

17. Have you noticed any insect activity in your grow space?
Na, i dont run a sterile enviremonet but i use beneficial bacteria. Because I make my own clones i dont get outside pests comming in my grom room.

18. How much experience do you have growing?
10+ years growing with all kind of systems

Regardless of how long anyone grows, I, and probably 90ish % of the peeps here, kinda ASSuming, I learn from watching how they do their thing....mistakes? Maybe....just watching how everyone shows or tells what they're doing is priceless!

I'll bet I can burn umm......I love the shows I grew up with......

Hope all is growing well with you both.....
