Hi there,
I'm a newb, and I have some kush that dried for 12 days, and has now been in jars for 2 weeks.
I have those tiny hygrometers in every jar, and the humidity is good (56-60%), as well as Boveda 58% packs. I have been burping them appropriately everyday although they almost don't need it, and I dipped into one jar (59%), and it doesn't seem dry enough. Is that because the moisture is still slowly being drawn out of the buds? Did not grind easily at all.
Thanks!

Yes , if it was me , I would dump it all out into a paper bag , roll it closed on top , leave for a few hours , open next day check for desirable dryness ...
Close bag , sweat em some more open bag check , continue till you have a sense of correct dry, then back in bottles ....
