Nice, have you grown out the jawa kush/dark plasma(or any other og strains)? If so which did you like more? I realllyy want their tropic moon hahah... dark plasma is also on my list.

I'm going to be running alien rift on my next run but that's all I've popped by them so far. My pal is going to pop the dark plasma and jawa next week I think. So yeah I can't comment on their gear as of yet but I do like the way they carry themselves

Good to know haha! Hopefully I get a keeper pheno. When should I start being able to tell which is female / male.. never grown from seeds before.

As a general rule most plants will show sex by week 6 of their life under vegetative cycles. But there are always exceptions. U could take a cut from every plant, label them, put them in a glass of water and under 12/12 light and they will show sex for you guaranteed

Hmm I flipped them to 12/12 about 5 days ago.. should they have shown already? I feel like they are starting to but it's just so small I can't really see it..

How long did you veg them for? I've had some take longer than 5 days. If the plants weren't sexually mature when u flipped them it may take longer I guess. Guess you just need to be patient now and they will definitely show you very soon

Ok they had been vegging for about 6 weeks, I think they are still a bit small due to over dose of nutrients & low humidity at an early age..
They weren't mature before the flip for sure, hopefully they show soon..

But they will show..
U usually got a few days before they show...
I just hacked my males down and flipped back to veg.

I want to see those after they have re vegg'd haha..

Its been about a week as of this morning since i flipped em.. Hopefully they start showing in a day or two. I found one of the duct holes on the tent i forgot to seal up completely so there might of been a teeny tiny light leak (hopefully didnt cause anything bad...) but its fixed now.

Keeping the water level on the last hole of the net pots for a couple more days just so the 2 stragglers can catch up on roots before i lower it below the net pot..

Cut down 2 males tonight, 3 of them are confirmed females & one still undetermined. Very happy with the outcome and have high hopes that I will find something worth keeping.

Turned one of the lights off and lowered them a bit.

last one I'm 99% sure is a female as well..

I was really trying not to order anymore stuff until this round was over but i think i need to get my veg tent setup. That way i can turn the clones i took into mothers and make a nice full run for my next go around. Im going to try to set this up as cheap as i can, the most expensive part will be the 5.5" cch2o net pots haha.. The nice thing is that i will be able to flip to flower again as soon as this current run is over.

Tomorrow will be the beginning of week 3 of flower.

Last night i figured out a new plan for my nutrient schedule, I'm going to follow cultured solutions ppm recommendations but my goal is to reach that ppm by the end of each week. For week 2 it says 595ppm @ 700 scale so by day 14 of flowering I will be trying to hit about 595ppm. Maybe thats how it was supposed to be and I'm just slow on figuring things out but that was not clear to me at all when i first started haha..

Will post pics tonight/tomorrow morning..

clones looking very happy, #5 has roots but its still very small hopefully it pulls through. It seems like the nutrients are a bit high for how small it is but i don't really have a choice due to the size of the other clones..

well guys & gals last night there was a development that i found that is going to have to make me retire this crop, I found nanners on literally all of them. When i found them the first thing i did was light test my room, when i did the only thing i could see was a yellow/red light on my co2 controller that flashed every 5-10seconds during lights off..

Heres what I'm going to do: my #2 pheno smelled so good that i can't just toss it without giving it a second shot.. I ordered a sentinel chhc-4i and hopefully that will take care of my light leak/herm issue.. The good thing is now i know what to look for and can clearly tell the difference between male/female, so if my #2 cut starts to herm again on me then i will be able to tell right away and just start over again...
In the meantime i will be sprouting some obiwan og's

:cry: all that hard work.. at least I've learned quite a bit from it...

Veg tent is in the process of being put together, clones on bottom & rooted plants/mothers on top. The rack barely fit in the tent, it would only fit diagonally.

I will try to get a pic of what's going on in the flower tent... basically put clones in like 2 days ago tho.

Its been a while since ive given an update, mostly because i was waiting to see if this round would herm up on me. Which so far hasn't happened except for i found 1 single nanner on a branch that had a deformed leaf which i think had something to do with it (no other deformed leafs in the room)... I flipped to flower about 7-8 days after my last post so I'm at about day 15 as of today. Ill get some pics up tonight with a full update, quite a few little things that I've improved/changed.
