Got these big weeds I can't tell what they are, they look like they have dandelions on them but they're taller than me, the stems are hollow but filled with dew.

KNF grower here~
If plants are not poisonous, that can be fermented as FPJ,but u might need some experiment. Even
dandelions re good source of FPJ.

Once i realized those outstanding humbolt farmers (hightime cup winners) use quite a lot comfrey as parts of grow nutrients, and I just planted a lot of Comfrey in my yard this year.

It's either wild lettuce or sow thistle.wild lettuce has spines on the back of the leaf .you should be able to ferment . Wild lettuce can be used as a pain killer.sow thistle is packed with all kinds of goodies.

Couldn't agree more,  like stinging nettle which has a square stem and little hairs on it .
Not only be used for food, but also for making medicinal herbs and even the best plant fertilizers.

I have never used potatoes for a ferment.i have used stinging nettle, comphrey, mint, dandelions, yarrow, thistle, and canabiss in Veg. and strawberry, blueberry, banana, beat, carrot rasberry, black berry and mulberry in flower. Always looking for something new to ferment. I use three different plants during veg and three different fruits in flower.8 mills a piece per gallon. Don't use pineapple is the only plant I have heard not to use.
